Our fixed-fee report is priced according to the number of lots/units in the scheme. The report includes a review of available strata records and identifies key financial, maintenance, insurance, governance, levy, and risk matters apparent from those records. Where the records contain extensive material relating to building defects, litigation, major works, technical reports, legal correspondence, engineering reports, compliance issues, or large volumes of correspondence, we will identify and comment on those matters at a high level only. Detailed review and reporting on those matters is outside the fixed-fee scope and can be quoted separately.
